Iyengar Yoga Class

This is a very welcoming group of enthusiasts, at various levels of experience - and flexibility! We enjoy the relaxed atmosphere but hard work of the yoga taught by Jo who manages the class in such a way that we can all participate fully regardless of previous experience. No experience is necessary and all equipment is provided.
